Staying hydrated is the primary aspect to being healthy. The human body can survive without food, but it cannot function without water after certain amount of time. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, you can drink as much as you can, there is no limit. Do not wait till you feel thirsty. You would feel more energetic when you drink more water.
